The Third Floor phase marks a critical milestone in the vertical progression of the project, focusing on both structural integrity and essential wet works.

During this stage, reinforced concrete columns, beams, and slabs were precisely formed and cast to establish the core framework of the level. Simultaneously, wet works commenced, including masonry wall construction, waterproofing systems, and the installation of embedded plumbing and drainage lines. This phase ensures that all structural components meet engineering specifications while integrating mechanical and utility systems seamlessly into the build. The attached images capture key moments from this phase, showcasing both the technical precision and progress achieved on-site.

The project began with the crucial substructure and foundational work, laying the groundwork for the entire high-rise. This stage involved excavation and the careful pouring of a reinforced concrete foundation, ensuring the building would stand strong for years to come. Engineers and contractors worked meticulously to establish a solid base that could support the weight and height of the structure, while also addressing any underground utilities and ensuring proper drainage for the future building.

With the foundation in place, the next stage focused on the ground floor’s structural framework. Steel columns and beams were erected, and concrete slabs were poured to form the foundation of the building’s first full level. This stage also included installing key infrastructure elements such as plumbing and electrical lines, providing a solid and secure base from which the building would continue to rise. The ground floor sets the tone for the rest of the high-rise, establishing the footprint and layout of the future building.

Following the completion of the ground floor, construction moved upward to the first floor. During this phase, the team focused on adding steel framing, reinforcing the structure with concrete, and creating the floor slabs for the first level of the building. This stage also involved additional interior framework work, laying the foundation for future interior partitions and common spaces. As the first floor was completed, the high-rise began to take shape, marking an exciting milestone in the vertical rise of the building.

The construction of the second floor followed closely behind the first, with similar structural techniques used to reinforce the building’s upward growth. Steel beams were installed, followed by pouring of concrete slabs to create the second level. The second floor also involved additional utility installation and preparation for upper-level construction. This stage signaled the rapid vertical expansion of the building and helped provide a clear vision of the building's overall scale and design, bringing the project closer to completion with each passing level.
