Introduction
Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and The Azure Jamaica ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of this website (the "Platform"), which showcases and markets residential units at The Azure, a 41-unit luxury development located in Discovery Bay, St. Ann, Jamaica.
By accessing or using this Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
Scope of Services
The Azure Jamaica website provides information about available units, pricing, amenities, and the development, and allows prospective buyers to make enquiries and express interest in purchasing a unit. The Platform is informational and does not itself execute property sales, transfer title, or process legal transactions. Any purchase agreement is entered into directly between the buyer and the developer, subject to separate sale and purchase documentation prepared under Jamaican law.

Accuracy of Listings
Unit information, floor plans, renders, and pricing on this Platform are provided for general guidance and marketing purposes. Renders and images are artistic representations and may differ from the final constructed units in minor respects (finishes, landscaping, lighting, or furnishings). We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate but do not guarantee that every detail is free of error. Prospective buyers should confirm final specifications, pricing, and availability directly with our sales team before making any purchase decision.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries
Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from this Platform
